Our client is one of world's largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide founder more than 20 years ago. The company has operations in 144 countries across 5 continents. The company is backed by one of the largest Private Equity houses in the world.


The company is launching a new division to provide visa concierge services to Travel agents, Travel management companies, Corporates and OTAs - This role has been created as a leadership role to set up run the business with the goal of achieving key financial and growth metrics. This is global role and will start with focus on key markets including India, UK, UAE and KSA in year one and scale to other markets in subsequent years.


Responsibilities:


  • Create & execute the business plan for the CS vertical globally starting with key markets of India, UAE, KSA and UK.
  • Set up of the fulfilment structure to manage the business & complete responsibility for this function.
  • Recruitment and training of the key members of the team across functions
  • To create the CS value proposition and USPs.
  • Lead and drive the sales teams globally to achieve sales targets and drive regional sales teams & deliver sales target.
  • Create the sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure along with the sales team.
  • Create the fulfilment process including SLAs and drive achievement of the same.
  • Work closely with the Bid writing team on Bid responses for tenders related to Visa Concierge services.
  • Work closely with the operations to be able to leverage synergies on Value added services and create product bundles that can be sold to customers of CS to maximize revenue per customer.
  • Management reporting as required.
  • Cost control and ensuring delivery of operating costs as per budget.
  • Work closely with the Technology team to implement tech products and improve the customer experience through enhancements in the tech platform.
  • Travel required (extensive travel required - more than 50% of the time


Requirements:


  • Minimum: Post-graduate diploma/ degree in business management or equivalent
  • Experience: 12- 15 years of relevant work experience in the B2B domain with 4-5 years+ in a senior leadership role
  • Similar role in business development with P&L responsibility experience.

  • Ability to effectively run a business unit and drive a P&L
  • Experience in setting up of new ventures would be considered as an added advantage.


Location: This role is to be based in London. Optionally, Dubai, UAE can be considered.
